Happy Birthday Anna!

Anna turned one last Thursday (the 15th) but we celebrated on Sunday with family members who live in the area. Anna was a little overwhelmed by the 20+ people singing happy birthday to her and as you can see it brought her to tears.
She opened presents from family and had help from Mom and eager cousins to get it done.
But as you can see, by the end of the night she was our smiling little princess again!

She is so cute, and little! What a sweetheart! Enjoy the "fear of attention" now! It will end too soon!

She is so adorable! Does she have curls? It's good to see that you are taking pictures of her!

I'm still sad we couldn't be there. That would have been too fun! Especially where we teased with the idea to go, then we got a babysitting job. Hmmm...

I have to tell you, the WHOLE time I was writing my post about the Emotion Bowl I thought of you. Because I know you are still a grizzly through and through. Good thing you made those shirts for us when we got married or I wasn't sure if you would accept me as a sister-in-law. Hehehe.

Really that last comment was from me, Heidi. I guess I am signed in as your dad. =)

She is so cute!!! When my kids turn one, it is such a bittersweet day. So glad to think about the past year, but a little sad to see the baby grow up! The picture of her crying is so funny!
